Precious Plastic Starterktis

Starterkits are packages of information with everything you need to know to set up Precious Plastic recycling spaces and start tackling the plastic waste problem.

Three teachers in Council Bluffs Iowa running a plastics operation with middle school students. Vacuum form, two part mold press, shredder (we want to upgrade) a manual injector V1 and a pneumatic injector we made and looking at making a double barrel extruder. Currently the products we are making: paint trays, custom ice cube trays, coasters, hex bowls, and flower pots (edited)

@Dustan Kern I’m in the omaha area, I can give you lots of clean plastic to use. Most will be black or gray coming from eWaste

That would be great. We have almost completed our new shredder and are really looking to scale up soon.

Things are going good. We are still going and working on new much larger space for expansion. What kind of set up are you doing?
