I've noticed for a while now that sometimes the How-to's come in duplicate.
I also have tried to submit a HT myself for testing and it's not duplicate.
My theory is that maybe the user is not getting a message saying that the HT has been well submitted.
I suggest that maybe the page shows a pop up saying that the HT has been sent and it's pending PP team approval.

Thanks for catching this @Marcela - Community Manager @ PP ✨ It seems there are multiple ways for a user to create multiple HTs when it might seem that they are simply updating their existing item. This will need some further development work.
