Can't log into Community Platform

I can't log into CP from Safari and Chrome.

On Safari it gives me the login popup, but after entering details, it is still not logged in
On Chrome, when i click on "login" on the top right, it gives me this "website got new updates" page, and when clicking on "load new site", nothing happens. Help

Thanks for the bug report. Could you try restarting your browser or closing all the tabs open on the community platform?

Thanks for the update, sorry that this didn't work for you. Could you try using an Incognito browser window? This Load the new site page was removed from the site a few weeks ago so your browser appears to be running an outdated version of the application.

Hey @thisislawatts this is still not working by the way, I am trying to login fresh from a computer which had never even opened the community platform. Could it have something to do with my account?
