We are working with 2 local companies here in the Philippines to create a new 100% recycled soap case. We produce several thousand cases per year now, but the margins are low because labor costs even while using the hydraulic injection molder. The biggest challenge has been re-creating the look of the cases on the commercial machine because the machines mix it so fully before injecting. But we are persisting and here is a color sample of the effects we are getting now. The deal we have is that if you want an order of 1000 pieces of soap case you only have to pay for the logo insert, not the whole mold. and then per piece.
