I don't know how many people are activly trying to start out here in Texas at the moment, but my initial thoughts were to find a way to connect to entrapanure groups, machine hoby groups and litter pickup people here in my area, Maybe If a good machine maker could be found, they may do a discount for machining multiple shredders/extruders etc. as a batch
