yep! and yes all 3 thermocouples are consistently off (~145C will give an oozing plastic temperature of around 200C)

Try putting the termopar direct to the extrusion tube

maybe 1cm apart from the heat band, and if getting the same reading then check up your wiring because it is not just one lecture, but three i assume

ok so when you mean put it direct to the extrusion tube, like band it on side-ways to the tube (instead of perpendicular, like i have it?)

No, still pependicular to the tube, just next to the band heater

I got this picture, there are a different type of band heaters, thats why the thermocouple has to be outside the bh, with this type you can insert it between one band heater, but it gets you the hotter place in the tube instead o the parts that you want to get the temperature set
