New Thread email but no messages in Bazaar Admin

Two things: 1/ I received an email from the bazaar saying I have a new thread from someone. But when I log into the bazaar admin, It tells me there is no thread from that person. Is there a message I am missing ?

2/ The second question I use to be able to just write messages in Discord, now everything is a thread that expires in 24 hours. Is that the new discord to make us upgrade ?
