Hm, it's the "basic plan", 3 months period https://mycloud.simtechdev.com/panel/purchase/VPS Is that enough information? Tbh I don't know I'm not sure about your points 1. and 2. - do you know @Mattia? If not, Dave should know

So it looks like the Basic VPS plan offers a staging environment and daily backups so hopefully it is a case of finding the configuration within the control panel to get these things enabled

Oh nice! Did @Kat did you also share the login details to the overall server site? She might not be able to know which settings need to be enabled herself without your assistance

I've currently got FTP access, but no access to the server/hosting control panel.
