you mean because the holes might make the frame weaker?? Im worried abou the bolts holding that bed (weight of the bed + pressure down)

M10 bolts are able to hold 13kN of shear force each so I think it should be okay

The maximum load case (100kg person hanging on the tip of a lever) would result in a total of 20kN of shear force divided over the 4 bolts, so 5kN each

Its less about the shear force on the bolts then the weakened frame by the two holes I think - compare to the calculations of holes in structural beams + a dynamic cycle on that at every injection. (edited)
